This is Day 13 from the Journal Challenge:
The word the Lord gave me today was anxious.
What are you anxious about? Satan has been attacking you with anxiety, worry, fear and doubt. He’s attacking you to the point where you have chest pains, tingling in your hands and you don’t want to get out of bed.
What is overwhelming you?
Your job?
How you will pay your bills?
Your marriage?
Your business?
Your health?
Philippians 4:6-7
“Don’t worry (or be anxious) about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.”
Yes, I get it that the bill is due. But, God provides all of your needs according to His riches and glory. Yes, I get it that you want to make sure you’re spending time with God and balancing everything else. Yes, I get it that things can be hard in your life right now but DO NOT WORRY ABOUT IT. (Matthew 6:33)
How can I do that Heather?
Take it one moment at a time.
Sometimes, we can get so overwhelmed with the end goal that healing from something and that process even seems exhausting. Instead, just open up your mouth and cast your care upon the Lord because He cares for you. Continue to capture bad thoughts that oppose Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5), continue to read you word and meditate on scriptures. Continue to listen to worship music and sermons.
Don’t STOP going forward even though satan is trying to attack you. Take a deep breath and remind yourself that you belong to Lord. He is with you, He is for you and He is not against you.
Grab that bible today and go deeper with Jesus. He longs to show you so many things. He longs to have a relationship with you. He longs to lead and guide you. PUSH PAST THOSE FEELINGS!
So, panic attacks — we command you to GO in the name of Jesus!
Hyperventilation — you have no place in my sisters, I command you to leave in the name of Jesus.
Anxiety you must GO in Jesus name!
Depression we command you to GO in the name of Jesus!
WORRY, FEAR AND DOUBT YOU MUST GO IN THE NAME OF JESUS!
Satan, you have no authority over my sisters minds. GO GO GO GO GO!!! In Jesus name, Amen.

Isaiah 40:31
“But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
So, again, today is day 13. Grab your journals and write “Day 13” Tomorrow is Day 14 and so on. If this is your first day joining the challenge, for you — it’s day 1.
